The innovative products from Rotoclear all have one thing in common: they provide the operator with a continuous clear view of the inside of the CNC machine and its machining area, precisely where the view is usually obscured by fluids and particles during machining processes. The most common product is the self-cleaning clear view screen Rotoclear S3, which, unlike competing products, offers an unobstructed view without annoying parts in the field of vision.

One of the more innovative products from Rotoclear is the Rotoclear C2, a robust camera system with 4K resolution where the camera can be mounted directly on the spindle of the CNC machine. The camera system can then monitor the tool in the CNC machine by recording and saving, monitoring locally, or connecting to the Internet and live-streaming. With the help of AI, it is possible to get a warning when the tool starts to wear out and thus perform a timely replacement.
